Your first steps in Tag Insight

Tag Insight checks that the data your site sends matches your tracking plan. Five steps take you from an empty project to your first audit.
The five steps

Install the Tag Insight pixel on your site.

Detect the events your site already sends (Detect tracking plan).
- 3
Review and confirm the detected events.
- 4
Generate your tracking plan from these events.
- 5
Launch an audit against this tracking plan.
Where to find them
The "Getting started" button at the bottom right of every project page lists these steps and shows how many are done. Click a step to open the right screen.
a step marked "Upgrade" is not included in your plan. A step marked "Soon" needs the previous step first.
